CS-Electronics SAS

CS Electronics SAS (founded in 2016), based in St. Jean de Soudain (between Lyon and Grenoble, 38), specializes in the storage, conditioning, and tape-and-reel packaging of SMD (surface-mount) components.

These activities are primarily aimed at the professional electronics industry, as well as the semiconductor, component, and printed circuit board industries.

CS Electronics serves customers in the automotive, industrial, IoT, semiconductor, sensor, military, aerospace, rail, aviation, and telecommunications sectors, as well as all manufacturers of components, sensors, MEMS, circuit boards, and electronic modules…

CS Electronics operates in an ESD-certified facility (103 ►109 Ω) and offers its services to manufacturers in various countries, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany. The company also participates in various national and international trade shows, such as Global Industries, Electronica, and Productronica.

Storage of components and circuit boards in a controlled environment (≤ 5% RH, JEDEC 033D standards)
Drying at 40°C to 70°C (≤ 1% RH) with MSL management
PCB curing up to 125°C (ovens up to 600°C)
SMD packaging in blister strips (EIA 481 / IEC standard)
Unwinding and repackaging onto JEDEC trays with ESD strapping
Packaging (ESD boxes, waffle packs, moisture-barrier bags)
Nitrogen-Based Vacuum Packaging with Moisture Control (MBB)
Pin Straightening (QFP, TQFP) with 3D Coplanarity Testing
BGA Rerouting with 3D Coplanarity Check
X-ray inventory with labeling and a detailed report
